  • Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures
  • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts (mainly government bodies) yourself
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Reporting to your seniors  as per Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quaterly / Annually reporting formats provided by them. 
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Representing the company at various Exhibitions.
  • Managing Channel Partners / Distributors / Dealers in your specified region.
